Hazelwood Quilt Retreat

Join us this coming January for the Hazelwood Quilt Retreat! Birtles Fabrics is honored to collaborate with local pattern designer Sarah Morgan of Raising Rea Quilts to feature her beautiful pattern Hazelwood.
Whether you choose to spend your retreat time creating a Hazelwood quilt or another project, you'll enjoy uninterrupted sewing time, inspiring projects, fun activities, and plenty of laughter.
Thursday 5 – 10 p.m.
setup, socialize & sew
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.

We will provide:
- A personal 8 ft. table with power strip
- Ironing and cutting stations
- Goodie bags
- Food
o Friday breakfast

o Saturday breakfast

o Snacks
Please bring:
- Sewing machine (cleaned & oiled)
- Basic sewing supplies (marked with your name)
o scissors
o pins
o seam ripper
o machine needles
o filled bobbins
o cutting mat and tools
- Quilting projects (fabric cut & ready)
- Items for show and tell
- Refillable water bottle
- Phone charger
- Comfy clothes, shoes, or slippers
- Snack to share (optional)
After checkout, check your email for a printable registration form.
-Orders of less than $50, shipping rates are automatically calculated by USPS
-Orders of $50 or more receive free shipping
-For orders that need to be rushed, Priority or Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days (except Pre-Orders). We are committed to low-waste packaging as a part of our ongoing environmental efforts. While your order will be carefully prepared for mailing, our minimal packaging helps to keep waste out of landfills, and to keep shipping costs low.
If you haven’t received your package within a week, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to track down your fabric.
